DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Once your credit card has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.

Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

A representative from Trinity International Golf LLC or our delivery agent will contact you by phone or e-mail, to schedule a delivery day with you. We make every effort to meet our commitment in this area.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days provided that the requested items are in stock.  

For a prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address.

Important: A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges per order are as listed on the web site and detailed on each invoice. With shipments to locations outside of our standard published charges we will provide exact costs prior to shipment.

For destinations outside the contiguous USA, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties, customs charges, sales taxes and shipping charges.  These charges are the responsibility of you the customer.

In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that shipping, import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUND

We hope that like so many customers around the world you will be delighted with your purchase. We understand however that on occasion you may want to change or return an item.
